Balanced and Built was born from my personal journey of chasing physical results—only to realize that true transformation happens from the inside out.

For years, I believed that if I trained harder, ate cleaner, and followed the “perfect” routine, I would finally feel healthy and in control. But no matter how dialed in things looked on the outside, my body kept signaling that something deeper was off—hormonal imbalances, fatigue, inflammation, and a constant sense of burnout.

It wasn’t until I began focusing on true, internal healing—guided by a holistic and functional approach to wellness—that everything changed. My own journey through post-birth control symptoms, hormone recovery, and overcoming childhood cancer sparked a deeper passion for helping others discover what it really means to feel well.

That’s when my passion turned into purpose, and Balanced and Built was created to guide you back to a body and life you feel good in.

The Meaning Behind the Name:

The name represents two powerful pillars that I believe are essential for sustainable health:

Balance — beyond food and exercise, it embraces every facet of our lives, from our inner world to how we engage with the world around us.

Built — because true health isn’t found in shortcuts; it’s intentionally built, layer by layer, through consistent habits and aligned choices.

You don’t need another one-size-fits-all plan. You need a roadmap that honors your body’s biology, your unique story, and your long-term goals.
